EcoLight Global - Refund Policy
At EcoLight Global, we stand behind the quality of our products and the emotional value of our memorial items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Period
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized/Personalized Items: Due to the unique nature of our personalized pet urns (with custom photos or engravings), these items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Gift Cards: All gift card sales are final.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at yangguhaiyu@gmail.com with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will prioritize a replacement or full refund for you.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (via Airwallex/Credit Card). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
