EcoLight Global is dedicated to delivering comfort and comfort solutions to your doorstep, wherever you are in the world.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Note: Personalized items (e.g., custom pet urns) require an additional 2-4 business days for production.
2. Domestic & International Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- North America: Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100.
- Brazil / Middle East / Global: Flat rate or calculated shipping based on weight and destination.
3. Estimated Delivery Times

4. Shipment Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important for Brazil)
EcoLight Global is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- For Brazil Customers: Please note that international shipments may be subject to a 17% ICMS tax and potential import duties. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
6. Damages
